Math: We are finishing up with Unit 6 (Geometry) and moving on to Chapter 7 which is all about Multiplication and Division (AGAIN!) We will take our Geometry test on Tuesday 2/15.
Reading: We are working with our study of the 3rd grade novel, "Ramona Quimby, Age 8." We will be working on this for about another week. Also, our weekly book logs are due on Thursday this week.
Science: We are not working on science at this point.
Social Studies: We are working with Chapter Five which is called, "What Makes our Community Diverse?"
Guided Reading: We are working with Guided Reading each day.
Spelling: We are working on Unit 22 which deals with the r controlled vowel "ar." We will have homework Monday and Tuesday and test on THURSDAY this week.
Writing: We are working very hard at out Reading Extended Response. We are also delving heavily in Math extended response. ISAT is the first week in March.... just around the corner!
